Hi there! My name is Rachel, and I’m the founder of Frosted Fox. As a kid being raised Jewish in Southwest MO, I often was surrounded by friends who ate a lot of bacon and barbecued pork. For those unaware, pork is on the no-no list for Jewish people as it doesn’t follow the dietary laws. As I got older, I also developed an intolerance to dairy. Getting creative with a vegan diet led me to creative vegan baking and cooking. It only recently occurred to me that I’m not the only one who’s ever had a problem like this. After graduating college, I decided to combine my passion for baking and my needs for a vegan diet and created the Frosted Fox.
