As an O’Reilly Hospitality Management company, we get LOTS of discounts through outside vendors. Not only all OHM properties (Macadoodles for alcohol, Holiday Inn Express + Suites for rooms, etc.), but also through many of our preferred vendors that are all found on our website.
The Barley House is located right off I44 and Glenstone for an easy to find and quick commute for locals. Do you have friends and family coming from out of town? No worries! We have a brand-new Holiday Inn Express and Suites right next door! After your reception, your guests can walk across the parking lot to their rooms!
One of our favorite parts of wedding planning is the COFFEE DATES that we schedule to ensure that our bride and grooms feel completely supported throughout the entire planning process. From the day you book your event the Barley House girls will be as hands on (or as hands off) as you’d like. During your consultations we can chat discounts, reach out to vendors, create a timeline and layout for your big day, and go over any questions that you might have!
To help you budget from day one, The Barley House doesn’t charge for ANYTHING that we have in house. Once you pay for your date the entire space and everything that we offer is yours as well. We provide your tables, chairs, full setup and tear down, centerpieces, full audio-visuals, kegerator, ice machine, refrigerator, patio furniture, string lighting, and MUCH MORE!

Cassidy is the Sales, Operations, and Marketing manager at The Barley House and has been with O’Reilly Hospitality Management since November 2018. Cassidy is an alumni from Missouri State University with a degree in Entertainment Management. Before the Barley House, Cassidy worked for a small family owned event venue and then helped open a venue in Republic, Missouri. She spends most of her day working with bride and grooms or hanging out with her husband and 4 dogs.
